How long will my order take to arrive?
For in stock items, I ship within 1-2 business days. Unless you contact me in advance, all orders are shipped via USPS First Class, which means they take 3-5 business days to arrive, in most cases. Tracking is included so your best bet is to check your tracking number!
Please keep in mind that I can’t control what happens to your package once it enters the postal system. Delays, especially around the holidays, can and do happen.
Can I request a custom order or commission a new style?
Absolutely, I love custom orders! If you want an item I already sell in a different colorway, with different hardware or in a different configuration, that is usually an easy change. Shoot me an email or DM me on Instagram to find out if there will be any additional charge. Orders of this type are usually ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
If you want a style I don’t currently make, reach out, and I’ll see if I can find or make a mold that works for you! Customs of this type take more time so expect it to take up to 2 weeks before your item is ready to ship. If it will take longer than that, I’ll let you know before I take the commission.
Because they are made just for you, custom orders are non-refundable.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery to make a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
If you need to cancel your order, contact me right away! For in-stock items, I can accept cancellations until they are shipped. Custom orders can’t be cancelled once a mold is created/purchased for your order or when it is poured, whichever happens first.
